      利用流体力学技术进行气候可行性论证建筑风环境模拟标志着大型工程的气象保障服务正朝着越来越专业和精细化的方向发展。以江西某新建火电厂气候可行性论证为例,提出了一个采用就算流体力学(CFD)方法对项目场址风环境进行有效模拟的技术流程,在考虑建筑物分布时分别以当地50 a一遇的10 min平均最大风速、30 a一遇的10 min平均最大风速作为入流进行模拟,计算得出场址区域的极端风速最大值和最大风压、排气筒出口处的平均风速。以代表气象站30 a一遇的10 min 平均风速作为入流条件场对场址的风环境状况进行了模拟,10 m 高度处风速为1.4 m/s,210 m高度处为2.3 m/s,240 m高度处为2.4 m/s。这些本地化风参数对火电厂项目中高耸建筑抗风设计、大气污染影响预测具有重要的参考作用。结合实例对模拟方案中的主要技术要点进行了归纳总结,可为重大建设工程项目气候可行性论证中开展精细化风环境模拟提供科学有效的技术支持。
Abstract:
      The applying of flow field simulation in climate feasibility demonstration indicates that the services of meteorological support for major construction projects are more professional and accurate. A case study of climate feasibility demonstration of a new thermal power plant in Jiangxi province is discussed, and an effective simulation process for flow field of project site by using the CFD technology is presented in this paper. Considering the distribution of buildings, the maximum 10 min wind speed of 50 years and the average 10 min wind speed of 30 years are taken as the inflow for the stimulation, then, the maximum extreme wind speed, the maximum wind pressure at the site and the average wind speed at the outlet of the exhaust pipe are calculated. The wind speed is 1.4 m/s at the height of 10 m, 2.3 m/s at the height of 210 m and 2.4 m/s at the height of 240 m, respectively. These parameters of local wind can play important reference roles for the wind resistant design of high rise buildings and the pollutant emission estimation in thermal power plant projects. Combined with the examples,the main technical points in the simulation scheme are summarized,which can provide scientific and effective technical support for the simulation of fine wind environment in the climate feasibility demonstration of major construction projects.
