      为解决国家气象观测站备份站漏测要素导致的无法真正与主站实现互为双备份的问题,利用网络转换和信号分离方法,通过智能串口转换器和智能集线器,在技术上率先实现了本异地观测数据实时采集和单套无备份传感器数据共享功能。该技术基于TCP/IP协议,通过智能串口转换器,将数据推送至异地远端业务计算机,实现地面气象观测站远程实时数据采集,同时,本地业务计算机仍保持原有采集、备份功能。再采用MODBUS RTU和MODBUS TCP两种协议,通过智能集线器,在业务计算机上采用一问一答的访问方式,实现多台计算机同时访问主、备采集器获取采集数据,达到单套无备份传感器数据共享的目的。另外,建设视频监控、多线路网络通讯保障及供电自动化保障等附属设施,从而实现本、异地4台业务计算机数据直传及备份站全要素采集的新模式。
Abstract:
      In order to solve the problem that the backup station of national meteorological observation station could not realize double backup with the main station due to missing measurement elements. Through the intelligent serial port converter and intelligent hub, the technology takes the lead in realizing the real-time collection of local and remote observation data and single set without backup sensor data sharing function by using the methods of network conversion and signal separation. Based on TCP/IP protocol, the data is pushed to the remote business computer using the intelligent serial port converter, to realize the remote real time data acquisition of the ground meteorological observation station. At the same time, the local business computer can still maintain the original collection and backup functions. Then by using Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP, through the intelligent hub and applying a question and answer access mode in the business computer, to achieve multiple computers simultaneously access to the main and standby collector to obtain the data acquisition, and to accomplish the purpose of single set of non-backup sensor data sharing. In addition, ancillary facilities such as video monitoring, multi-line network communication guarantee and power supply automation guarantee will be built. Thus, the new mode of data directly transmission and full element collection of backup station of four business computers in different places is realized.
